Every now and then DA's servers get constipated, kind of like what happened at MySpace until Rupert took over and bought them servers big enough and fast enough to handle the traffic. Supposedly. When comments disappear or I keep getting the http 404 I just go away for a day or two.

Sounds like more than just a few people are having problems too! Mine are just the opposite! I constantly have to keep refreshing my page, because no matter how many times I delete the notifications of messages and update my page, I end up having to do it over and over and over! So irritating! Grrrrrr!

...........'Tis a puzzlement.......last weekend I couldn't log on to DA for 24 hours and EVERYIONE else in my city that I talked to...could! Without making the story unbearably long and complicated.....Is was NOT my computer....and after taking with my server who said it was NOT thier problem....I called my super genius Silicon Valley-trained son-in-law, who had me do a "trace route" (in DOS) and it shoiwed that the signal was timeing-out in Los Angeles....

Couldn't make it past that server. Said it seemed that DA was perceiving my particular pathway (computers don't necessilarily use the same pathway) on my ISP as a "threat" and blocking it - so someone on my server was probably trying to spam DA....that's the "short" story! Pain in the neck, though!!

WOW! I have the DA group Chaoscopers faved in my IE favorites. I could go THERE, but heaven forbid I clicked on my messages or on my avatar...it would then sit and spin and eventually give me the white page of death. I can not figure that one out for the life of me....I can go to Chaoscopers but not MY page???

I don't know if DA needs more servers, biggers servers or what, but lately it's been really bad.
